Before founding Volga Partners, Omer held senior leadership positions at Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, Verus Investments, and Samba Capital. Throughout his career, he has built technology-enabled businesses, led global teams, and managed complex enterprise initiatives across financial services, technology, manufacturing, healthcare, and other highly regulated industries. His experience spans quantitative finance, software engineering, enterprise transformation, and AI-driven innovation.

With extensive experience leading global engineering teams, Faria has successfully delivered complex software platforms, cloud-native architectures, enterprise applications, and AI-enabled solutions across multiple industries.
